Proton X70 (Pt.3) – Guess What Fuel Consumption You Can Get from the Proton X70?

For some, moving from a sedan to a SUV is quite exciting, what with the extra high commanding view, more space and ability to go over rough patches where cars dare not tread: then comes the shocker – SUV’s consume more fuel.

All vehicles across all makes will consume more fuel if you drive them aggressively. Even electric cars get a much shortened range with aggressive driving.

However we show you here how you can get better fuel consumption, if you want it. We drove the X70 for 119 km on a highway test route, at normal highway speeds, following the general flow, but with just a light foot on the throttle. We even got stuck in a small traffic jam, and overtook some vehicles.
