In response to Malaysians’ concerns and struggle due to the repercussions of the pandemic, Castrol Malaysia has launched the Castrol KitaCare campaign.

More Than Just Oil

The Castrol KitaCare campaign is Castrol Malaysia’s way of showing its customers, mechanics, and consumers that Castrol Malaysia is behind them 100%, and are equally as concerned about their safety while sharing its values during this difficult time. Continuing on in its vision and living up to its brand promise of “It’s more than just oil”, Castrol Malaysia will be providing solutions through its safe workshops network during this unprecedented time to inspire Malaysians to remain hopeful.

Engaging Community

The Castrol Malaysia community can expect timely and helpful public service announcement videos and other engaging digital content, such as COVID-19 prevention tips. These will be shared via Castrol Malaysia’s digital platforms and SMS blasts which will inspire them to drive through challenging times.

At its partner stores, Castrol Malaysia assures that there will be stringent preventive SOPs to ensure both its customers and mechanics are in good health. This includes providing hand sanitisers and face masks at all its Castrol Auto Service and Castrol Bike Point outlets nationwide as part of its “safe network” initiatives.
