Hyundai Test Drives Got More Convenient

Sime Darby Auto Hyundai has started the “Test Drive to You” campaign to make test drives for Hyundai vehicles easier and more convenient. This campaign allows potential buyers the opportunity to test drive a Hyundai at their doorstep.

“The ‘Test Drive to You’ campaign is an exclusive personalised service by Sime Darby Auto Hyundai to reach out to our customers wherever they are. We have a total of six SDAH sales outlets in Peninsular Malaysia which are offering this service. Interested parties just need to register their interest and SDAH will arrange for a personalised test drive session from the customer’s home,” said Mr Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors.

Convenient and Contactless

This campaign features a contactless test drive concept, and ensures proper social distancing between the sales consultant and customer, as well as good sanitisation practices.

In carrying out this personalised service, SDAH is committed to customers’ safety and has implemented the following Standard Operating Procedures:

Sanitisation of test drive vehicles before and after every test drive session.
The sales consultant and customer will only be allowed in the car when they are wearing masks.
Customers are required to sanitise their hands with the hand sanitiser provided.
Thermal scanning will be done prior to the test drive. If their body temperature exceeds 37.5ᵒC, the customer will not be allowed to proceed with the test drive.
The sales consultant will be seated in the rear throughout the test drive session.
