Due to popular request, we went out of our way to get the RAV4 up on our favorite road to see how it fares. It is a big vehicle, but will the TNGA platform work this time? Is the engine powerful enough to make the drive fun? Will it struggle?

A wet road from a heavy incessant overnight downpour throws a spanner into the works, making the road more slippery – so we get to test its wet manners as well.

We also did a fuel consumption test to check out what 40 percent thermal efficiency translates to on the road. Stay tuned for the video too.
